Job Description

The Brand Marketing Associate will support the execution of marketing initiatives across the Homeware Division, with a primary focus on PR, media relations, brand communications, and partnerships. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand visibility, storytelling, and external relationships while supporting the successful delivery of brand events and marketing activations across markets. Working closely with internal marketing functions and external partners, the role requires strong organizational skills, communication capabilities, and an understanding of luxury brand positioning and media landscape in the GCC.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications (luxury or retail experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong people and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with media, influencers, or events coordination is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and execution excellence
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Responsibilities Duties:

PR & Media Communications (Primary Focus)

  • Support the planning and execution of PR strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives
  • Manage day-to-day communication with media partners, publications, and PR agencies
  • Coordinate press releases, media toolkits, and brand communications materials
  • Track media coverage, press placements, and visibility performance across markets
  • Maintain and update media and press contact databases
  • Support press outreach, interview coordination, and media requests

Influencer & Talent Collaborations

  • Assist in identifying relevant influencers and content creators aligned with brand positioning
  • Work on product seeding campaigns and creative gifting projects
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, gifting, and partnership execution
  • Support relationship management with talents and agencies
  • Monitor campaign deliverables and post-campaign reporting

Brand Events & Activations

  • Support planning and on-ground execution of brand events, launches, and client activations
  • Coordinate communication materials, guest management, and event logistics with internal teams and agencies
  • Assist in post-event reporting and recap preparation

Brand Partnerships

  • Support the development and execution of brand collaborations and partnership opportunities
  • Coordinate communication alignment between partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency across joint activations

Cross-Functional Marketing Support

  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Content, CRM, Digital, and VM teams to support ongoing campaigns
  • Provide operational and coordination support across marketing initiatives when required
  • Assist in reporting, presentations, and campaign follow-ups
