Job Description
A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Requirements
• Male candidates aged 38 years or below, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of proven experience in outdoor sales within the powder coating or paints industry.
• Proven ability in client acquisition, negotiation, field sales, product presentation, and deal closure, with strong skills in account retention and business development.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating products, market trends, and competitor pricing, with experience in sales reporting, collections monitoring, and cross-team coordination.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Drives business growth by identifying new opportunities, meeting potential clients, presenting products/services, and negotiating to close deals.
• Manages client relationships by providing support, handling concerns, ensuring order follow-through, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Conducts market research and stays updated on trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
• Prepares sales reports and monitors collections/payments to ensure financial accuracy and timely follow-ups.
