Planning Manager
Job Description
We are seeking for a Planning Manager for one of the leading UAE's property developer based in Dubai, UAE. This position will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery of real estate projects.
Requirements
• Solid experience in project planning within real estate or construction
• Proficiency in planning/scheduling software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities Duties:
• Prepare detailed project schedules and baseline programs
• Track progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with project teams to gather updates and ensure alignment
• Conduct delay analysis and support claims where required
• Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards
• Support risk identification and mitigation planning
• Ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures
