A growing food manufacturing company launching a new biscuit and bakery production facility in Kitwe, Zambia is currently seeking a qualified Food Technologist with expertise in biscuit or bakery product development and quality standards.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have experience working in food production environments and who are passionate about developing high-quality bakery and biscuit products for commercial manufacturing.
The Food Technologist will play an important role in ensuring product quality, developing recipes, supporting production processes, and maintaining consistent food safety and quality standards across the manufacturing operation.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates should possess a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline and have relevant experience working in the food manufacturing or bakery production sector.
Applicants with experience in biscuit manufacturing, industrial baking, or snack food production will be highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, ingredient functionality, and production processes will be essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work closely with production teams to maintain product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities Duties:
