Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology, Science or related fields
- Specialist tracks (FCC, Regulatory, VAT): Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, numeracy and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Independent thinker, proactive, able to work under pressure
- Agile, growth oriented, strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Responsibilities Duties:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct clients research to understand their business operations, risks, and industry context
- Support planning and execution of audit, advisory, and consulting engagements under senior guidance
- Review client documentation, perform audit tests, and maintain complete and accurate project working papers
- Assist in fieldwork for internal audit, regulatory, or risk-focused assignments depending on engagement needs
- Gather and analyse data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop structured reports, recommendations, and close-out documentation for client presentations and internal reviews
- Maintain client satisfaction by responding to queries promptly and professionally
- Contribute to planning, exit, and discussion meetings while supporting strong working relationships
- Assist in preparing proposals, methodology materials, and client-facing documents for prospective engagements
- Collaborate with team members to support end-to-end engagement delivery
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing
