Construction Manager
Job Description
To plan, coordinate, and deliver interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The role ensures efficient execution from pre-construction through to final handover.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience delivering high-end fit-out projects, ideally within luxury hospitality and/or branded residential sectors.
- Strong track record of managing projects from inception through to successful completion in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.
- Background with well-established, high-performing fit-out contractors or comparable project environments is advantageous.
- Solid technical understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and sequencing.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and tight programmes effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant construction-related qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- MUST HAVE GCC-based experience, UAE is preferred
Responsibilities Duties:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out works.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress against milestones.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical details to resolve issues proactively.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Report progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee snagging, testing, and project close-out.
Interactions
Liaise with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors.
Work closely with project managers, commercial teams, and procurement.
Lead site teams and maintain clear communication across all parties
