Sales Coordinator
Job Description
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Requirements:
• Filipino, Female, aged 35 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage
Responsibilities Duties:
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups. Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
• Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates. Track order status and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches. Maintain and update customer data and sales records
• Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
