Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Director to lead growth for a logistics and freight forwarding business in Dubai.
10–15+ years in logistics/freight forwarding sales, including leadership responsibility. Strong network in the UAE market and proven ability to win and grow enterprise accounts. Strong understanding of freight products, pricing, and solution selling. Confident building teams, setting KPIs, and managing performance. Strong forecasting and CRM discipline. Degree preferred. Strong leadership presence and a hands-on, hunter mindset.
Responsibilities Duties:
You’ll own new business acquisition, key account growth, and pipeline governance across air, ocean, and road freight solutions. You’ll build and lead a sales team, set targets and activity standards, and work closely with operations to ensure service delivery supports retention and expansion. This role requires a commercial leader who can drive disciplined execution and deliver measurable revenue growth.
