* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
* Proficiency in HR management systems and software tools.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving organisational success.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the full HR generalist function across the Middle East.
* Oversee employee lifecycle, talent management, and organisational development.
* Drive HR strategy aligned with global and regional business priorities.
* Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
* Develop and implement robust HR policies and frameworks.
* Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and change management.
* Ensure compliance with local labour laws and best-practice HR standards.
* Manage compensation, performance management, and annual HR cycles.
* Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
