Job Description
This is a delivery-focused consulting role requiring someone who can translate regulatory, governance, and policy requirements into practical technical outputs, implementation-ready documentation, and stakeholder-led execution across business and IT teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in several of the following areas:
• Data classification, data protection, privacy, and information governance
• DCPP tools (especially data classification and data privacy. Understanding of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Information Protection, and M365 compliance capabilities will be gien preference)
• Data discovery, data inventory, metadata analysis, and data flow mapping
• Privacy controls, including consent, retention, deletion, subject rights, DPIA, and breach response
• Risk and control mapping, KPI frameworks, monitoring, and audit-ready documentation
• Client-facing consulting delivery, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Management, or related discipline
• Relevant certifications preferred, such as Microsoft Security / Purview, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, privacy or data protection certifications, or similar

Preferred Experience
• GCC consulting or enterprise delivery experience
• Exposure to real estate, government, infrastructure, or large regulated environments
• Experience with audit readiness, certification support, and control evidence preparation
• Familiarity with Qatar or regional privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance expectations
Responsibilities Duties:
• Lead assigned technical workstreams across the DCPP program and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct and review data discovery, enterprise data inventory, PII identification, and end-to-end data flow mapping.
• Assess the current technology landscape and support alignment of Microsoft Purview, MIP, and related M365 controls (or any other client DCPP technology stack) to DCPP requirements.
• Support the development of data classification frameworks, labelling standards, sensitivity criteria, control matrices, and implementation guidance.
• Translate governance, privacy, and protection requirements into practical procedures, templates, trackers, and technical and operational instruments.
• Contribute to DPIA, risk, remediation, incident response, monitoring, and audit readiness activities.
• Facilitate workshops with IT, security, data owners, business teams, and control stakeholders.
• Prepare technical inputs for status reports, governance packs, milestone reviews, and steering updates.
• Review deliverables produced by junior team members and maintained strong documentation, QA, and traceability discipline.
• Support knowledge transfer, BAU handover, and operationalization of controls and monitoring mechanisms.
