We’re hiring a Commercial Manager to manage contracts, pricing, and commercial governance for an oil & gas services business.
8–12+ years of commercial/contracts experience in oil & gas services, EPC, industrial services, or project-based environments. Strong understanding of contract terms, risk management, and tendering processes. Confident negotiating with clients and suppliers and supporting project teams with commercial decision-making. Strong analytical skills and reporting discipline. Degree required; professional certifications are a plus
Responsibilities Duties:
You’ll support tendering and bid reviews, manage contract negotiations and variations, and ensure commercial risks are identified and controlled. You’ll partner with operations, finance, and project teams to track performance, manage claims, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires strong commercial discipline, contract knowledge, and the ability to balance risk with delivery.
