Job Description
We’re seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental standards on a large construction project in Riyadh.
8–15+ years of HSE experience within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects, including leadership responsibility on active sites. Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessments, method statements, and incident investigation. Confident engaging site leadership and contractors to drive compliance and behavioural safety. NEBOSH or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities Duties:
You’ll implement site HSE plans, conduct audits and inspections, lead incident investigations, and coach site leadership to build a strong safety culture. You’ll ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, manage HSE reporting, and drive corrective actions across contractors and subcontractors. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong presence on site and disciplined execution.
