Job Description
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and HR or similar roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic HR processes and sales techniques.
Responsibilities Duties:
• Handle sales activities, generate leads, and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain and manage client relationships.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Coordinate between management, employees, and clients as needed.
• Support other office activities as assigned.
