Community Executive
Job Description
• Male only. Open to Moroccan, Egyptian, Tunisian, Algerian, Syrian, and Lebanese nationals, aged 35 and below.
• Must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in 5-star hotels (preferred), mixed-use properties (e.g., co-working spaces), or property development customer care.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable) with strong organizational skills. Must be able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities Duties:
• Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors and calls on behalf of community management.
• Maintaining call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
• Addressing resident concerns, providing community-related information, and ensuring a positive service experience across all touchpoints.
• Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into the community.
