Site Architect
Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Professional registration or accreditation is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
- Previous experience working with engineering consultancy firms in the UAE
Responsibilities Duties:
- Supervise and inspect architectural works at the project site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Review contractor shop drawings, materials, and method statements related to architectural works and provide recommendations for approval.
- Assist in reviewing variations, technical queries (RFIs) and change requests
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements at the construction site
