National Sales Manager
Job Description
We're looking for a senior sales leader to spearhead the Sales function, turning corporate goals into strong on?ground performance. This role blends strategic direction with hands?on leadership to deliver sustainable growth.
* A successful National Sales Manager should have:
* A degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
* Proven experience in sales leadership within the Life Science industry.
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in Riyadh.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build client relationships.
* Proficiency in analysing sales data and presenting actionable insights.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
* Strong background in pharmaceutical wholesale or large-scale FMCG distribution environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in leadership, negotiation, and data?informed commercial decision?making.
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
* Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities Duties:
* Lead the wholesale sales division to achieve revenue, profit, and collection objectives.
* Convert overall commercial strategy into regional action plans, financial forecasts, and operating budgets.
* Manage and mentor Regional Sales Managers, track performance metrics, and elevate commercial effectiveness.
* Oversee major negotiations, pricing execution, and disciplined receivables management.
* Collaborate closely with Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless end?to?end commercial delivery.
* Drive expansion through new customer acquisition and deeper penetration within existing accounts.
