Job Description
hiring a Sales & Office Administrator to act as a true “right hand” to the business supporting day-to-day commercial activity, keeping operations organised, and helping the leadership team stay focused on delivery.
This is a business support role at its core. You’ll sit at the centre of the company’s workflow, ensuring sales activity is properly coordinated, documentation is accurate and up to date, meetings are scheduled and followed through, and senior management has the admin support needed to move quickly. You’re confident communicating by email, phone, and in person, and you’re professional and discreet, with the judgement to handle sensitive information appropriately. You’re happy wearing multiple hats and can move between sales support, office administration, and broader business support tasks (including basic marketing coordination, email campaign support, and simple reporting/analytics) depending on what the business needs that week.

Responsibilities Duties:
In addition to sales and office administration, the role also supports wider business initiatives — including maintaining internal data, helping re-engage dormant clients, building Ideal Customer Profiles to support targeting, and assisting with digital marketing activity (email marketing support, sequencing/campaign coordination, and basic reporting/analytics). You’ll also contribute to employer branding and social media coordination, and support the team with ad-hoc requirements including note-taking/secretarial support in meetings and event coordination.
