Office Secretary
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Secretary to join our team at our Riyadh head office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities Duties:
- Manage the reception desk and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other documents as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Support various departments with general administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
