Job Description

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Qualifications:
1. 40 years old and below
2. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel merchandising (preferably in the UAE/Gulf region)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, POS, and ERP systems, with strong experience in assortment planning and inventory management

Responsibilities Duties:

1. Plan and manage seasonal merchandise assortments for retail stores and online channels.
2. Collaborate with design, buying, and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize product mix.
3. Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Support in pricing strategy, markdown planning, and inventory optimization. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
