Accounts Receivable Executive
Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction billing, RA bills, BOQs, and contract terms.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and adherence to process.
• Strong follow-up, communication, and coordination skills
Responsibilities Duties:
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and quantity surveyors for billing certification.
• Track certified, uncertified, and unbilled revenue for ongoing projects.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on collections.
• Record and post bank receipts in the accounting system with accurate allocation against respective invoices.
• Bank Reconciliation on daily basis.
• Perform reconciliation of corporate wallet-based cards to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing and MIS preparation.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits related to receivables and project billing.
• Support the team with adhoc accounting and finance requirements as needed.
