Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Architect with a strong focus on the SAP PI/PO to support the ongoing maintenance production systems and to drive the design and implementation of innovative integration solutions across the SAP landscapes of our clients. The ideal candidate will bring significant consulting experience and a deep understanding of SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration). As a senior architect, you will guide our clients through complex integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and third-party applications while promoting best practices. In addition, it is expected that you will troubleshoot production support or helpdesk tickets documenting the root cause analysis for the situation, the solution, and preventive steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Elements of this work may require the interaction with developers to debug programs or ABAP code. Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills in addition to professional presence are required for candidates opting for this position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP integration, with a primary focus on the SAP PI/PO.
  • Demonstrated consulting experience working with clients to define integration strategies, lead design workshops, and develop end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Experience in cloud-based integration architectures, including the design and deployment of PI/PO in hybrid environments (SAP and third-party systems).
  • Proven ability to lead SAP PI/PO implementations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
  • Experience working with web services (REST, SOAP), IDoc, RFC, and other SAP integration protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Proven ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple integration projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate is desired.
  • SAP Certification in SAP PI/PO, or other related technologies is preferred.


Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
  • Knowledge of API lifecycle management, integration governance, and cloud integration security best practices.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms is beneficial.
  • Consulting experience working on enterprise integration projects, including defining strategy, planning, and delivery.

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using SAP PI/PO.
  • Provide consulting expertise to clients on integration strategy, defining requirements, and developing scalable solutions that align with business objectives and technical architectures.
  • Architect cloud-first integration solutions to connect SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) with external applications, ensuring seamless, efficient, and secure data flows.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors, to define and document integration requirements and solution designs.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions to ensure high availability, resilience, and compliance with security standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to clients, ensuring long-term sustainability and success of integration systems.
  • Document integration solutions, strategies, and frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP integration technologies and trends, proactively recommending improvements and new approaches to clients
