Clinic Operation Manager
Job Description
A leading healthcare and retail group in the region, operating a growing network of primary and ambulatory care clinics across Saudi Arabia.

A successful Clinic Operation Manager should have:
* Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (Master's preferred)
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within primary care, ambulatory care, or polyclinic settings
* Saudi nationals preferred
* Arabic language skills are mandatory
* Proven experience managing a large outpatient healthcare facility
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation in Saudi Arabia
* Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
* Exposure to P&L / revenue responsibility
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Currently based in Dammam or willing to relocate
Responsibilities Duties:
Operational Management
* Oversee end-to-end operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
* Manage patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize utilization
* Ensure high standards of patient experience and service quality
* Support clinic setup, soft openings, and continuous operational improvements
Clinical Coordination
* Act as a liaison between management and medical teams
* Collaborate with physicians on clinical workflows and case discussions (non-practicing role)
* Support implementation of clinical protocols and quality standards
Team Leadership
* Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of ~60-70 staff, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative personnel
* Oversee workforce planning, performance management, and staff development
* Build a strong, collaborative, high-performing team culture
Financial & Performance Management
* Own and drive clinic performance, including P&L responsibility
* Monitor KPIs such as patient volumes, service utilization, and operational efficiency
* Identify and implement initiatives to improve revenue and control costs
Compliance & Regulatory
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards in Saudi Arabia
* Manage licensing, audits, and regulatory requirements
* Maintain relationships with relevant authorities and insurance stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
* Build and maintain relationships with government entities and insurance providers
* Collaborate with internal leadership and head office teams
