What We’re Looking For
Currently based in Dubai, UAE
Fluent in English with a clear, professional communication style
French, German and Russian speakers are highly encouraged
Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive
Professional, confident, and results-oriented mindset
Experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing services is a plus
Responsibilities Duties:

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain and update customer databases and call records
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments when needed
