Business Development Manager

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
* 5+ years of proven business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within HR services, consulting, HR SaaS, or professional services
* Strong understanding of HR, employer branding, people strategy, or organizational excellence topics
* Demonstrated success selling to senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying environments
* Experience working across GCC markets; regional cultural awareness is essential.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
* Willingness to travel within the GCC as required
Responsibilities Duties:
* Drive revenue growth across the GCC by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with medium to large organizations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C?suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision?makers
* Execute a consultative sales approach, positioning certification, benchmarking, and insight?based solutions as strategic enablers
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
* Develop territory and account plans aligned with regional growth objectives
* Partner closely with marketing and client success teams to ensure effective lead generation and long?term client retention
* Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the GCC
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting people practices in the region
* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
