Payment Processing Specialist
Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processing Specialist to join a leading Fintech company in Dubai. This role focuses on managing international payment operations, ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant transaction handling.
• Proven experience in payment processing / payment operations, preferably in Fintech or Forex industry
• Strong understanding of international banking systems (UK banking experience preferred)
• Experience working with PSPs, transaction monitoring, and reconciliation
• Familiarity with KYC, AML/CFT compliance standards
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities Duties:
• Process and manage payment transactions with high accuracy and efficiency
• Investigate and resolve delayed, failed, or missing payments across various payment systems
• Coordinate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to ensure seamless transaction flow
• Work closely with Sales teams to ensure proper payment protocols and share accurate banking details
• Maintain and update a database of banking details, tracking availability and status
• Record all fund movements in CRM (Deposits, Withdrawals, Refunds, Bonuses, Credits)
• Handle KYC documentation for CRM and payment providers
• Maintain detailed reconciliation reports and transaction records for audit readiness
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, irregularities, and insights for reporting
• Ensure full compliance with AML/CFT policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Finance, CRM) to resolve payment queries efficiently
