Lifting Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lifting Supervisor to oversee all lifting operations on our construction sites in OFFSHORE -ADNOC PROJECT Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant handling of lifting equipment and materials, supporting our commitment to safety and project excellence.
- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry, preferably in ADNOC PROJECTS IN Abu Dhabi or the UAE region.
- In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety standards.
- Valid certifications related to lifting operations and equipment handling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple lifting tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and construction site protocols.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to oversee active site operations.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Plan and supervise all lifting operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate with project managers, riggers, and crane operators to schedule lifting activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inspect lifting equipment regularly and report any defects or issues.
- Train and guide lifting teams on best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of lifting activities and incidents.
- Ensure all lifting operations meet company and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly to any lifting-related emergencies or incidents and implement corrective measures.
