Job Description
An ultra-luxury beachfront landmark in Dubai offering an elite lifestyle ecosystem of bespoke residences and world-class wellness amenities.
Requirements:
- Open to 35 years old and below
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Concierge in a luxury or 5-star hotels
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, and customer focused.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, greeting all residents by name with immediate eye contact and a warm, professional demeanour
- Manage contractor and delivery access, verifying appointments and directing personnel to appropriate service entrances to minimize lobby disruption.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing curated information and reputable referrals to meet resident requests.
- Conduct thorough, formal shift handovers, communicating all ongoing matters, resident notes, and pending tasks.
