Administration And Logistics Assistant
Job Description
Requirements:
• Familiar with the local market and daily operations in Dubai, UAE
• Experience in utility fee management (electricity, water, internet, gas, etc.) in Dubai
• Experience in vehicle administration or fleet management is required
• Proficient in computer usage (MS Office, basic office systems)
• Chinese-speaking is mandatory; able to communicate in Chinese and basic English
• Strong sense of responsibility and good organizational skills
• Prior experience in administration or logistics roles is preferred
Responsibilities Duties:
• Handle logistics and administrative management for company operations in Dubai
• Manage and coordinate utility payments and accounts, including:
• Electricity & water (DEWA)
• Internet & telecommunications
• Gas and other local service fees
• Maintain records and follow up on monthly utility expenses and payments
• Responsible for company vehicle management, including:
• Vehicle usage records
• Maintenance and renewal coordination
• Liaise with local service providers and suppliers in Dubai
• Assist with office daily administrative work and documentation
• Support other administrative and logistics tasks as required by management
