Job qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of hotel management experience, preferably with Marriott-branded hotels.
  • Strong understanding of Marriott operating standards, guest service culture, and quality assurance programs.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems and revenue management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities Duties:

Job description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, procedures, and service excellence requirements.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and hotel staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
  • Monitor hotel performance indicators, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality and brand standards.
  • Supervise all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security.
  • Recruit, train, and retain talented employees while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet brand expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, vendors, and community stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to ownership and senior management.
