Venue Manager
Job Description
The Venue Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and overall performance of the venue to ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards. This role manages staff, coordinates events and activities, oversees budgets and facility maintenance, and ensures the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in venue management, hospitality operations, event management, or facility management.
- Previous leadership and team management experience required.
- Strong knowledge of event operations, customer service standards, and facility management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and venue or event management software.

- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Financial management and budget planning experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all day-to-day venue operations and activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise events, functions, and special programs hosted at the venue.
- Lead, train, and supervise operational and customer service teams to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support venue operations and events.
- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment management, and operational readiness.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that maximize venue utilization, revenue, and business growth.
