Job Description

The Multi-Property Reservation Agent is responsible for managing reservations and booking inquiries for multiple hotel properties while delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing occupancy and revenue opportunities. The role handles reservation requests, processes bookings, provides information regarding hotel services and rates, and coordinates with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience across all assigned properties.

 

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office operations, customer service, or hospitality administration.
  • Experience working with multiple hotel properties or centralized reservation systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, reservation procedures, and customer service principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience Required

2–4 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations, centralized reservation systems, front office operations, hospitality customer service, or travel and tourism services.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation inquiries via telephone, email, online platforms, and other communication channels for multiple hotel properties.
  • Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide guests with information regarding room availability, rates, promotions, amenities, and hotel services.
  • Promote hotel products and upsell room categories, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking information in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Coordinate with front office, sales, and operational teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and service delivery.
  • Monitor room inventory and assist in managing occupancy levels across assigned properties.
  • Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and booking-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare reservation reports and maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, reservation procedures, and data confidentiality requirements.
