CCTV Agent
Job Description
The CCTV Agent is responsible for monitoring and operating closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The role involves observing surveillance footage, detecting suspicious activities, responding to incidents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall security operations in accordance with company policies and Saudi regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, surveillance systems, or control room management.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with surveillance management software.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Experience Required
2–4 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance operations, security control rooms, asset protection, or incident management.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously to identify security risks and suspicious activities.
- Observe live and recorded video footage to detect theft, unauthorized access, safety violations, and operational incidents.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations by notifying appropriate personnel.
- Maintain detailed incident logs and prepare accurate reports of observations and actions taken.
- Retrieve and review recorded footage to support investigations and incident inquiries.
- Coordinate with security teams, management, and law enforcement authorities when required.
- Perform routine system checks and report equipment malfunctions or technical issues.
- Monitor access control systems and support security procedures for restricted areas.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of surveillance information and recorded data.
- Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
