Job Description

The Concierge Agent is responsible for providing personalized guest services and creating exceptional hospitality experiences by assisting guests with travel arrangements, local recommendations, reservations, transportation, and special requests. The role serves as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

 

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in concierge services, guest relations, front office operations, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai attractions, transportation networks, restaurants, entertainment venues, and tourism services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are highly desirable.

Responsibilities Duties:

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide professional concierge services throughout their stay.
  • Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, tour bookings, and entertainment recommendations.
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions, events, shopping destinations, and hotel facilities.
  • Coordinate airport transfers, taxi services, limousine bookings, and other transportation requirements.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with luggage handling coordination and special guest services when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, tour operators, and service providers.
  • Arrange special requests such as celebrations, VIP amenities, and personalized guest experiences.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences to enhance future service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and guest confidentiality requirements.
