Event Service Expert
Job Description
The Event Service Expert is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional event and banquet services for guests and clients. The role ensures the successful execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, corporate functions, and special events by managing event setup, guest service, and operational coordination while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in banquet operations, event services, hospitality, food and beverage service, or customer service.
- Knowledge of event setup procedures, banquet operations, and hospitality service standards.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and event management systems is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute event operations, including meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and special functions.
- Prepare event venues by arranging tables, seating, décor, audiovisual equipment, and service stations according to event requirements.
- Welcome guests and provide professional service throughout the event.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and event specifications.
- Coordinate with Banquet, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor event activities and promptly address guest requests and service issues.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of banquet equipment, furniture, and event materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after events.
- Assist with event breakdown, inventory management, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations and company policies.
