Digital Engineer
Job Description
The Digital Engineer is responsible for implementing advanced digital engineering frameworks, data fabrics, and automated design ecosystems across aerospace and defense systems. The role ensures the successful execution of product lifecycle management (PLM) pipelines, digital thread integration, and structural software transformations while preserving rigorous classified data handling procedures.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.

4+ years of professional engineering experience operating within high-level digital engineering environments.

Active and verifiable TS/SCI security clearance is required.
Preferred Skills * Elite technical knowledge of SysML, PLM software (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill), and database mapping APIs.

Excellent communication and technical articulation capabilities.
Experience Required 4+ years of relevant experience supporting complex defense system modernization programs via formalized digital engineering architectures.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute digital transformation workflows, building unified technical models for defense acquisition programs.

Prepare automated system configuration linkages, unifying requirements across various engineering databases.

Monitor the integrity of digital threads from preliminary engineering conceptual phases down to manufacturing configurations.

Coordinate with systems engineers, hardware developers, and government program offices for unified software compliance.

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of operational models within air-gapped, secure government testing networks.
