Job Description
The Investigations Partner is responsible for delivering expert legal counsel, managing strategic client portfolios, and driving legal service deliverables within their specialized area of law. This role requires the possession of a verifiable portable book of business, ensuring the successful execution of trial strategies, transactional deal management, and firm revenue generation while maintaining the highest standards of legal ethics and client retention.
Required Qualifications * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited and credentialed law school.

Active, unencumbered membership and good standing with the State Bar.

8+ years of specialized legal practice paired with a verifiable, active portable practice/book of business.
Preferred Skills * Stellar business development, client relationship maintenance, and rainmaking capabilities.

Elite analytical intuition, deep industry positioning awareness, and masterful transactional or courtroom advocacy.
Experience Required 8+ years of progressive legal practice as a senior counsel, partner, or specialized practitioner with a proven history of independent client originations.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute high-stakes legal representations, client advisories, and litigation/transactional strategies.

Prepare long-form legal contracts, appellate briefs, risk reviews, and complex corporate structures.

Manage and service an existing portable book of business, identifying additional revenue expansion paths.

Coordinate with senior firm partners, multi-disciplinary practice groups, and external executive client networks.

Monitor changing judicial precedents or statutory guidelines, promptly shielding client portfolios from emerging risks.

Mentor mid-level and junior legal associates, reviewing outbound technical work for absolute quality assurance.
