Job Description
The Transactional Real Estate Attorney is responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. The role ensures the successful execution of purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development contracts, and comprehensive title and zoning due diligence reviews while safeguarding clients from transactional risk and legal liability.
Required Qualifications * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved and credentialed law school.

Active membership and good standing with the Minnesota State Bar association.

3+ years of dedicated transactional law practice focusing explicitly on commercial real estate, leasing, and development.
Preferred Skills * Exceptional contract drafting, comprehensive risk assessment, and legal negotiation capabilities.

Strong organization traits to efficiently drive multi-party closing pipelines under tight calendars.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute the legal structuring, closing documentation, and asset financing setups for property acquisitions and dispositions.

Prepare and refine commercial lease agreements, utility easements, joint venture frameworks, and conveyance deeds.

Review property titles, environmental surveys, dynamic boundary plats, and zoning codes to uncover latent regulatory or ownership encumbrances.

Coordinate with corporate real estate developers, commercial brokers, institutional lenders, and escrow officers.

Monitor shifting local land use regulations and prompt compliance requirements during critical transactional milestones.

Maintain absolute alignment with state real estate statutes, closing guidelines, and corporate governance standards.
