Job Description
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, designing, and executing customized rehabilitative treatment programs to restore physical function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain for diverse patient panels. The role ensures the successful execution of clinical therapeutic interventions, safety oversight, and goal tracking while focusing on maximizing patient long-term wellness and functional independence.
Required Qualifications * Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an institutional training track accredited by the CAPTE.

Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license within the state of California.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Skills * Deep command over human biomechanics, orthopedic/neurological rehabilitation, and patient handling techniques.

Warm communication demeanor, patience, and strong collaborative team engagement traits.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, testing range of motion, muscle strength, and functional mobility.

Prepare individualized rehabilitation blueprints, establishing measurable functional goals and progressive therapy milestones.

Administer prescribed manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities carefully.

Coordinate with primary care physicians, occupational therapists, orthopedic specialists, and family care partners.

Monitor patient physical progress during treatments and promptly address lack of clinical response or functional barriers.

Maintain absolute tracking accuracy across electronic medical records (EMR), satisfying all documentation and clinical insurance guidelines.
