The Senior Director of Physician Services is responsible for planning, organizing, and governing the operational, financial, and strategic growth initiatives of the multi-specialty physician medical group and affiliated clinics. The role ensures the successful execution of provider recruitment, operational workflow alignment, and revenue cycle optimization while reinforcing regulatory transparency and driving optimal physician network alignment.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a highly related discipline.

5+ years of progressive senior leadership experience directing physician practice networks, medical groups, or clinical operations.

Verifiable expertise with advanced corporate healthcare ERP platforms and practice management reporting modules.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute comprehensive operational frameworks across medical clinics, managing staff resources, budgets, and workflow setups.

Prepare physician practice operating budgets, clinical protocol audits, provider productivity evaluations, and strategic recruitment reports.

Define internal operational controls, data security overrides, and practice spending boundaries.

Coordinate with executive directors, Chief Medical Officers (CMO), clinic managers, and external physician recruitment agencies.

Monitor physician group financial performance and promptly address budget overflows, scheduling bottlenecks, or structural financial risks.

Maintain absolute compliance with federal healthcare regulations (such as Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute), state mandates, and corporate policies.
