Job Description
The Travel Advisor is responsible for designing, booking, and executing customized corporate and leisure travel itineraries for diverse client panels. The role ensures the successful execution of airfare routings, luxury lodging alignments, and complex international logistics tracking while optimizing vendor relationships, satisfying budgetary parameters, and delivering elite client care.
Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a matching practical discipline.

3+ years of professional experience operating as a dedicated travel consultant, advisor, or corporate logistics planner.

Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) designation is highly valued.
Preferred Skills * Advanced proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) and travel technology networks.

Exceptional geography awareness, luxury market mapping, communication, and multi-party negotiation talents.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute comprehensive multi-destination travel itineraries, managing transport schedules, lodging, and excursions.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, client travel briefings, custom visa requirements checklist, and alternative emergency plans.

Review dynamic global distribution systems (GDS) and exclusive vendor portals to capture optimal rates and premium amenities.

Coordinate with commercial airlines, hospitality directors, destination management groups, and internal finance units.

Monitor global travel advisories, flight disruptions, or regulatory border updates to promptly reroute or adjust active client bookings.

Maintain absolute documentation accuracy across corporate customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
