Job Description
The Skilled Trades Specialist is responsible for directing, executing, and monitoring high-level electrical, mechanical, or structural installations and infrastructure maintenance across commercial and industrial job sites. The role ensures the successful execution of blueprint tracking, technical troubleshooting, and heavy hardware assemblies while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and engineering guidelines.
Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent paired with successful completion of an accredited formal Apprenticeship program or Trade School track.

Valid Journeyman or Master-level trade licensure (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Industrial Mechanics) in the state of practice.

4+ years of professional hands-on experience driving trade operations within industrial or large commercial construction zones.
Preferred Skills * Masterful mechanical aptitude, diagnostic testing tool literacy, and advanced blueprint reading traits.

Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute technical trade installations, electrical wiring networks, or complex HVAC/mechanical system routing.

Prepare detailed physical site layouts, diagnostic evaluation logs, material procurement lists, and project safety audits.

Review architectural blueprints, industrial schematic drafts, and technical specifications to guide precise structural fabrications.

Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, engineering divisions, and specialized site safety units.

Monitor equipment performance metrics during commissionings and promptly address mechanical variances or system faults.

Maintain absolute compliance with local building codes, OSHA guidelines, and corporate quality assurance standards.
