Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retention Trainer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the forex/trading industry, with proven experience in client retention, training, and leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in client retention within the forex/trading industry.
• Team-leading experience is considered a strong advantage.
• Prior experience as a Team Leader or Trainer, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of forex products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs tailored to business needs.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities Duties:
In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance of the retention team by providing ongoing training, mentoring, and performance optimization strategies, ensuring that business objectives and KPIs are consistently achieved
