Store Manager
Job Description
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury jewellery store, with a strong understanding of luxury retail operations, customer service standards, and luxury retail etiquette.
- Proven experience handling high-value jewellery, including knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to serve VIP, UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth), and international clientele within the GCC luxury retail market.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Drive store revenue and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service aligned with brand standards. Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure premium visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
- Maintain strict security measures for handling high-value jewellery inventory. Minimize stock loss through effective controls and staff awareness.
