Warehouse Operations Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai.
• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of WMS and inbound/outbound processes.
• Basic MS Excel skills and strong coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or logistics is preferred.
Responsibilities Duties:
Manage daily warehouse operations, inbound and outbound workflows, inventory accuracy, and WMS updates in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Handle receiving, inspection, GRN creation, and put-away processes.
• Manage picking, packing, dispatch, and shipment documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, warehouse safety, and SOP compliance.
