Industrial Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial / Operations Engineer to oversee daily industrial operations, workforce management, and productivity monitoring within a large industrial plant environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant operations, manpower supervision, reporting, and coordination with client teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in industrial operations, plant supervision, or workforce management.
- Experience working in industrial plants or manufacturing environments in UAE is preferred.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and manpower supervision.
- Experience in productivity monitoring and operational reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a plant environment and manage a large workforce.
Preferred Candidate Background:
- Candidates with experience in industrial services, maintenance contractors, manufacturing companies, or large-scale industrial operations are preferred.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Supervise and manage daily industrial operations and workforce activities.
- Monitor manpower performance, productivity, attendance, and shift allocation.
- Ensure smooth execution of operational activities as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with operation and maintenance teams for daily activities.
- Prepare daily operational reports, manpower reports, and productivity tracking reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit systems, and site regulations.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and resource optimization.
- Handle operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Support workforce planning and improve overall efficiency.
