Site Installation Manager
Job Description
A leading international façade engineering and manufacturing company specializing in unitized curtain wall systems, aluminium façades, glazing, and complete building envelope solutions in Armenia.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale unitized curtain wall / modular façade projects, with a total of 150,000 m² or more of unitized façade systems throughout career.
- Must have strong knowledge of façade installation methodology, lifting operations, glazing, waterproofing, QA/QC and HSE.
- Must be fluent English with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities Duties:
- Lead all on-site installation activities for large-scale unitized façade projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Plan installation sequences, supervise installation teams, subcontractors, crane operations, logistics, quality, and HSE.
- Monitor productivity, installation progress, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
