Job Description
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience is commonly preferred, although some companies hire freshers.
- Good English communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and ERP/logistics software.
- Knowledge of inventory management and shipping documentation is an advantage.
- UAE/GCC logistics experience can be valuable for Abu Dhabi positions.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Schedule deliveries and transportation.
- Communicate with drivers, transport companies, suppliers, and customers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, delivery notes, and other paperwork.
- Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading and unloading.
- Monitor inventory and delivery status.
- Resolve delays, damaged shipments, and other logistics problems.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports.
- Coordinate customs clearance and documentation when required.
- Ensure company procedures and safety requirements are followed.
- Control transportation costs and help improve delivery efficiency.
