Job Description

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in category management, business operations, growth, or similar role.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into business insights.
- Hands-on and proactive approach, with strong ownership and willingness to work at the ground level.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience managing teams or people is an advantage.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Responsible for growth and profitability by managing key areas such as quality, supply, growth, and innovation.
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through training, process improvements, and regular monitoring.
- Build and manage supply by identifying, onboarding, and developing service aggregators and partners through regular market engagement and fieldwork.
- Solve business problems and manage partner relationships by improving partner economics, engagement and loyalty while driving continuous improvements.
