Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational performance of multiple centers within the city. This role is ideal for a hospitality or service industry professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while driving operational excellence and service revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, facilities management, or multi-service operations
• Strong leadership, operational management, and business acumen
• Proven ability to drive team performance and achieve operational targets
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and the local language preferred
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of all centres within the assigned city
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards aligned with company SOPs
• Drive a strong service culture focused on client satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Monitor and improve operational procedures including meeting room management, client onboarding/offboarding, telecommunications, mail/courier handling, and facility coordination
• Liaise with building management and oversee maintenance and engineering matters
• Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and functionality of all centre facilities and equipment
Revenue & Business Performance
• Promote and upsell company products and services through the operations team
• Support the preparation and execution of annual Service Income Revenue (SIR) plans
• Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company revenue standards and policies
People Management & Training
• Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to create a positive and high-performing work culture
• Conduct onboarding, training, probation reviews, and annual performance evaluations
• Organize regular communication and learning sessions to support continuous development
• Step into operational responsibilities when required to support business continuity
