Job Description
About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Qualifications:
38 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree in Retail Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5–6 years of experience in retail planning (preferably in fashion retail).
Strong expertise in merchandise planning, including inventory management, sales forecasting, assortment planning, and open-to-buy (OTB) strategies.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with solid experience in financial planning, pricing strategies, and data analysis.
Responsibilities Duties:
Prepare and propose Seasonal Budgets/OTB (Open-to-Buy) from Brand down to Class/Sub-Class levels, ensuring alignment with financial goals such as Sales, Opening/Closing Stocks, Inflows, Forward Covers, and Sales Margins.
Monitor the flow of stock received in warehouses, ensuring it is allocated to stores and is actively selling. Collaborate with Buyers and Stores to resolve any out-of-stock situations.
Contribute to Promotion and End-of-Season Sales (EOSS) planning, focusing on pricing strategies, discounting, and inventory optimization.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance, trends, and customer feedback.
